TERMS OF THE DISTANCE SALE CONTRACT www.e-string.gr

www.e-string.gr (hereinafter the Website) is an online store selling underwear, clothing and clothing accessories, via the internet (pursuant to the provision No. Prot.Y1c/G.P/oik.96967 FEK B' 2718/ 08-10-2012), of the sole proprietorship under the name DANIGELI MARIA of Athanasios with distinctive title E-STRING.GR (hereinafter the company) with headquarters in Agios Stefanos, Attica, Konstantinoupoleos street no. 26, T.K. 14565, A.F.M. 073811803 and responsible for the D.O.Y. These terms concern and govern exclusively the Company's relations with the persons who register on the Website and those who submit orders by telephone or through the Company's social media accounts (hereinafter the Users). By registering on the Website, Users simultaneously accept them unconditionally General Terms of Use and this Online Sale Agreement. Acceptance of the Terms and Agreements herein applies to all transactions with the Company and the sale of goods offered through the Website, phone orders and orders through social media for the present and for the future. The company has the right to modify and renew the General Terms of Use and this Distance Selling Agreement at any time, unilaterally, without warning, but is obliged to notify the said modifications/renewals to the Users by e-mail. In the event that any User does not agree with the new terms, they have the right to request their deletion from the Site in the procedure set forth (Article 1) below. All terms of this distance selling agreement are considered material.

Article 1 - USER REGISTRATION PROCEDURE AT www.e-string.gr

Registration on the Website is only permitted to (a) natural or legal persons (b) who have full legal capacity, (c) have a postal address in Greece or abroad and (d) have an e-mail address. Persons whose registration has been suspended and/or deleted for any reason are expressly prohibited from registering on the Website. Each User is entitled to own only one (1) account and up to 2 accounts are allowed per IP address.

Each User expressly declares and warrants that at the time of registration on the Website he provides complete, accurate and true information about his person, residential and shipping address and that he has the required legal conditions as well as the necessary ability to understand the these Terms and Conditions to register on the Website. The company does not recognize and is not bound by any use of the Website by Users who do not meet any of the above conditions.

Users register by completing the special electronic form available on the Website with the necessary condition of completing the mandatory fields without which it is not possible to complete the registration process. Registration is free of charge. Among other elements, each User is asked to define their access information, which consists of a User name (username) and a Code (password). Regarding the choice of username, the User is prohibited from choosing any name that offends public honor and/or morals, or damages the rights and/or interests of third parties. The User is obliged to keep secret the username and password he has for accessing the Website and not to grant and/or share them with any third parties. The User is solely responsible for the maintenance and confidentiality of the access data to the Website and, consequently, is solely responsible and liable for any activity, liability, claim, cost, and/or expense, even of a legal nature, associated with any use, illegal or not, of his access details.

The company reserves the right to interrupt and/or delete the User's registration from the Website, at any time, without prior notice, if it finds any action that makes it inappropriate, problematic and/or impossible to maintain the User's registration on the Website as , indicative and not limiting, refer to the fraudulent intervention in the operation of the website and/or in the awarding of the auctioned products, the provision of inaccurate personal information, the use of access information for illegal or fraudulent purposes, the violation of any of these Terms and Conditions and the General Terms of Use. In the event of suspension and/or deletion of the registration from the Website, the User will be prohibited from creating a new registration with personal information associated with the account that was suspended or deleted by the company.

Each User reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to request their deletion from the Website by sending an electronic message (e-mail) to info@e-string.gr. Deletion of the registration from the Website implies the termination of the User's access details and therefore further access to it will automatically be impossible for the User through said details. In the event that the User wishes to re-register on the Website, he must follow a new registration procedure as defined in these terms.

Article 2 - SHOPPING BASKET

Each visitor/user has the right to keep a shopping cart in which he can store the products he wishes to order. My Cart allows the visitor to store their products in a temporary shopping cart. When the visitor leaves the Website, their shopping cart will also be emptied. My Cart allows the member to add products to their shopping cart, which are stored there for them to complete their purchase/delete at a later time. All products remain in the shopping cart until purchased or deleted (within a reasonable period of time).

Article 3 - DESCRIPTION OF ORDER PROCEDURE

Visitors/users select from the product catalog or product search specific products/product codes and place them in the Shopping Cart.

Orders are archived electronically and users can, if they so wish, obtain knowledge of the content of their order. The use of the Website is at the sole responsibility of the User/Visitor.

They then select from the Shopping Cart the products they ultimately wish to order/delete.

Then they enter their Account or create an Account (Login) and then fill in the special form displayed with the details of the shipping / billing address as well as the shipping method.

Article 4 - PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Checking the technical information provided and the suitability of the items/products ordered is the sole responsibility of the user using the Website. The Website is not responsible for any incompatibilities of the products with other products. The Website makes every effort to present the products available from it and their essential characteristics as accurately as possible. The Website has also made every effort to accurately reflect the actual colors of the products when displayed on the Website. However, the Website is not responsible and does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of the display of the colors of the products on the user's computer screen, as this depends on the characteristics of each screen and computer.

The Website is not responsible for defects or poor quality of the products it makes available to its customers. All products are received from suppliers packaged. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Also, the Website does not guarantee that the same or any other related site or the servers through which they are made available to you, are provided to you free of viruses or other harmful components.

The cost of possible corrections or services is borne by the visitor / user and in no case by the Website.

Article 9 - WITHDRAWAL - RETURNS OF PRODUCTS

The Website, for your better service, offers the possibility of returning or changing the products of your order, if for some reason you are not satisfied.

CAUTION:

Returns are NOT accepted and underwear cannot be withdrawn for reasons of health protection and for reasons of hygiene pursuant to article 3(l) par. e of Law 2251/1994.

NO changes are made in socks, pantyhose, full pantyhose, underwear, garters, bras, bodysuits (thong type), as well as bodysuits (pantyhose type), as well as string swimwear.

Changes are NOT accepted on white products, including swimwear.

There are NO changes / returns on promotional products.

Users have the right in all other cases (i.e. except for products excluded for health reasons) to return the products, free of charge and without reason, within a period of 14 calendar days from the date they receive the products by a) sending the returned product unused, exactly as it was before the sale in its original packaging and with all the contents of the original packaging as well as any gift it may have included to the address: with an accompanying letter signed by the user or b) by returning it in person and exchanging it in the store at the same address.

In the case under (a), the user bears only the direct cost of returning the products. Returns are accepted only if the products being returned are in the same condition in which they were received by the user, i.e. without having been unsealed or tampered with and in any case they must not have been used and their packaging must be accompanying the product (including the usual labels/tags of the product/price which must not have been removed from the product). The products must be accompanied by the relevant purchase and delivery documents (eg DA, Retail Receipt, etc.).

Furthermore, product returns are accepted in the following cases:

In the event of incorrect execution of the order by the Website, i.e. sending the wrong products or products of poor or defective quality.

In case the product has a functional or quality defect which is covered by the product warranty.

In the above cases, the following applies:

The return of the products must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.

The product must be unused, exactly as it was before the sale in its original packaging and with all the contents of the original packaging as well as any gift that may have been included in it. If the above does not apply during the return or the extra gift is not returned, then the return is not accepted.

The product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (retail receipt, or invoice). In case the purchase was made with a credit card, the original receipt issued by the bank terminal must be shown.

Following the declaration of withdrawal, and as long as the above-mentioned conditions are met, we are obliged to return the price we received within 5 working days of receiving the products. Delivery shipping costs are not refunded if the customer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer. The refund to the customer is made by bank deposit to the customer's account in the Banks cooperating with us (In the event of not maintaining an account in one of the cooperating Banks, the costs of sending a transfer to another Bank are charged to the customer). In the case of debiting via credit card as follows: in the event that the price has been paid to our company by the Bank before the withdrawal and return of the item, we are obliged to inform the Bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will carry out any act provided for based on the contract it has drawn up with the customer. Following this information, we bear no responsibility for the time and method of execution of the offsetting, which is regulated by the aforesaid contract.

In the event that a defective product is delivered to you, please inform us as soon as possible about the product and the problem encountered. If it is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we undertake to pick it up and replace it at our own expense.

In case of proven fault of the website, the cost of the return is borne by the website and the user has the option to choose whether he wants a refund, a credit note of equal value for the purchase of another product or the resending of the order. In this case, the product is picked up from your place by the courier company we work with.

You have the right within 14 calendar days if you have changed your mind and wish to return the products you purchased from our online store to do so on the condition that they have not been used, are in the condition they were received, complete and undamaged, their packaging is the one that normally accompanies them and be in perfect condition, along with all the documents that accompanied them (e.g. DAT, Retail Invoice, etc.) upon delivery. In this case, the Customer bears the costs of packaging and shipping the products to the company. The cost of returning-changing the product has a surcharge of 7 euros.

The Website may amend its returns policy by posting the relevant new terms on its website.

If the Website considers that the user is abusing the right of return (e.g. returning products repeatedly) or acting in bad faith, it has the right to refuse the return of the product even if the above terms and conditions are met.

If the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the user at his own expense.

In any case, any damage to the product during the return of the product to the Website or the store, is solely borne by the user.

The Website recommends that Users carefully check at the time of delivery of their order the condition of the products sold and the integrity of their packaging and label in order to identify any obvious defects. a. In the case of an interbank transaction, the amount of the bank's commission is charged to the customer and not to the Website.

3 . Payment by Cash on Delivery to the courier: In case you want to pay by cash on delivery, you have the option of paying the price of your order to the courier at the time of delivery (Cash on delivery cost 2.50 euros)

The prices on the Website (online store) do not necessarily represent the retail prices of the company's physical store. The Website reserves the right to adjust prices without notice.

Article 11 - DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

For the dispatch / delivery of your orders, our company uses courier companies.

The shipping costs are indicated at the time of execution and before the final execution of the order. The total amount that will be calculated based on the above appears automatically as soon as the user finishes filling in the fields of the order form, indicating the place and method of shipment (except cash on delivery). Submitting the order implies acceptance of the corresponding costs.

Any additional costs that will arise either from an incorrect or unclear shipping address, or from the absence of the customer, or from any refusal to receive upon delivery or untimely presence and/or receipt of the products by the customer at the agreed delivery shall be borne entirely by the customer and is obliged to return them to the carrier without delay.

Shipping costs for orders under €45.00 start from €2.50. For orders over €45.00, the shipping cost is FREE for shipments throughout Greece.

Orders placed before 12:00 every day except Saturdays and Sundays will be sent to the partner courier company on the same day and delivered to you within 24-48 hours.

All items that appear on the e-string.gr website are immediately available.

If for any reason a product cannot be shipped immediately, we will contact you by email or by phone to inform you of the new delivery date. If you consider that it does not serve you, you can cancel your order and if it has been paid, your money will be returned within 5 working days to the bank account of the banks cooperating with us.

Force majeure

If for reasons of force majeure (strikes, gatherings-mobilizations, bad weather etc.), your order cannot be executed, we will inform you via email about the possible delivery date, and we will wait for you to confirm the completion of the shipment.

Article 12 - APPLICABLE LAW AND OTHER TERMS

The order forms specify any more specific terms and agreements that govern the purchase of each specific product in addition to the terms and agreements of this contract (Distance Selling Agreement), and the General Terms of Use.
