WITHDRAWAL - PRODUCT RETURNS

The Website, for your better service, offers the possibility of returning or changing the products of your order, if for some reason you are not satisfied.

CAUTION:

Returns are NOT accepted and underwear cannot be withdrawn for reasons of health protection and for reasons of hygiene pursuant to article 3(l) par. e of Law 2251/1994.
NO changes are made to socks, pantyhose, tights, underwear, garters, bras, babydolls, bodysuits, as well as bodysuits (pantyhose type), as well as string swimwear.
Changes are NOT accepted in white or light-colored products (eg yellow, beige, off-white, pink, etc.), including swimwear .

There are NO changes / returns on promotional products.

Users have the right in all other cases (i.e. except for products excluded for health reasons) to return the products, free of charge and without reason, within a period of 14 calendar days from the date they receive the products by a) sending the returned product unused, exactly as it was before the sale in its original packaging and with all the contents of the original packaging as well as any gift it may have included to the address: with an accompanying letter signed by the user or b) by returning it in person and exchanging it in the store at the same address. If the extra gift is not returned, then the return is not accepted.

In the case under (a), the user bears only the direct cost of returning the products. Returns are accepted only if the products being returned are in the same condition in which they were received by the user, i.e. without having been unsealed or tampered with and in any case they must not have been used and their packaging must be accompanying the product (including the usual labels/tags of the product/price which must not have been removed from the product). The products must be accompanied by the relevant purchase and delivery documents (eg DA, Retail Receipt, etc.).

Furthermore, product returns are accepted in the following cases:

In the event of incorrect execution of the order by the Website, i.e. sending the wrong products or products of poor or defective quality.

In the event that the product has a functional or quality defect that is covered by the product warranty.

In the above cases, the following applies:

The return of the products must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.

The product must be unused, exactly as it was before the sale in its original packaging and with all the contents of the original packaging as well as any gift that may have been included in it. If the above does not apply during the return or the extra gift is not returned, then the return is not accepted.

The product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (retail receipt, or invoice). In case the purchase was made with a credit card, the original receipt issued by the bank terminal must be shown.

Following the declaration of withdrawal, and as long as the above-mentioned conditions are met, we are obliged to return the price we received within 5 working days of receiving the products. Delivery shipping costs are not refunded if the customer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer. The refund to the customer is made by bank deposit to the customer's account in the Banks cooperating with us (In the event of not maintaining an account in one of the cooperating Banks, the costs of sending a transfer to another Bank are charged to the customer). In the case of debiting via credit card as follows: in the event that the price has been paid to our company by the Bank before the withdrawal and return of the item, we are obliged to inform the Bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will carry out any act provided for based on the contract it has drawn up with the customer. Following this information, we bear no responsibility for the time and method of execution of the offsetting, which is regulated by the aforesaid contract.

In the event that a defective product is delivered to you, please inform us as soon as possible about the product and the problem encountered. If it is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we undertake to pick it up and replace it at our own expense.

In case of proven fault of the website, the cost of the return is borne by the website and the user has the option to choose whether he wants a refund, a credit note of equal value for the purchase of another product or the resending of the order. In this case, the product is picked up from your place by the courier company we work with.

You have the right within 14 calendar days if you have changed your mind and wish to return the products you purchased from our online store to do so on the condition that they have not been used, are in the condition they were received, complete and undamaged, their packaging is the one that normally accompanies them and be in excellent condition, along with all the documents that accompanied them (e.g. DAT, Retail Invoice, etc.) upon delivery. In this case, the Customer bears the costs of packaging and shipping the products to the company.

The cost of returning-changing the product has a surcharge of 10 euros.

The Website may amend its returns policy by posting the relevant new terms on its website.

If the Website considers that the user is abusing the right of return (e.g. returning products repeatedly) or acting in bad faith, it has the right to refuse the return of the product even if the above terms and conditions are met.

If the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the user at his own expense.

In any case, any damage to the product during the return of the product to the Website or the store, is solely borne by the user.

The Website recommends that Users carefully check at the time of delivery of their order the condition of the products sold and the integrity of their packaging and label in order to identify any obvious defects. The determination of the nature, characteristics and function of the products sold should be based on the information clearly provided on the outer packaging of each product, as well as the additional information that the company / Website may provide and in any case without the packaging of the products is opened and the product is used.

You can cancel the order if you wish, without charge, provided that the products have NOT been shipped from our headquarters, after contacting us by phone or sending an e-mail to sales@e-string.gr.
