To receive your orders, our company uses courier companies.

The shipping cost for orders under €45 starts at just €2.50,
while for orders over €45, shipping is FREE, for all of Greece, WITHOUT some other hidden charges.

The service cash on delivery amounts to €2.50 and is independent of the order amount.

The above covers delivery to your door in all cities of Greece.

The orders that will be placed until 12:00 daily except for Saturday and Sunday, they will be sent to the cooperating courier company on the same day. Delivery to you (due to the prevailing conditions) will take place within 2-3 working days. (In remote areas the delivery time may be longer).

Shipments to Cyprus

Our company ships all its products to Cyprus with just 10 euro shipping costs, while if your order is over 120 euros, then the shipping costs are FREE.

Shipments to Europe

Our company ships all its products to Europe, with shipping costs from 13-15-17 euros depending on your zone, while if your order is over 150-160-170 euros respectively, then the shipping costs are FREE .

All items that appear on the website e-string.gr there are immediately available .
If for any reason a product cannot be loaded, we will contact you by email or by phone to inform you about the new delivery date, if you think it does not suit you you can cancel your order and if it has been paid, your money will be returned within 5 days to the bank account of the banks cooperating with us.

Force majeure

If for reasons of force majeure (strikes, gatherings-mobilizations, bad weather etc.), your order cannot be executed, we will inform you via email about the possible delivery date, and we will wait for you to confirm the completion of the shipment.

Discreet packaging

e-string.gr uses discreet packaging in all order shipments.
The E-String.gr logo does not appear on any packaging.
Under no circumstances is the content of the package mentioned.
All our shipments are made to packaging WITHOUT any insignia.

If the payment is made via e-banking, you can send us the electronic deposit slip by email to sales@e-string.gr by writing some identifying element, e.g. order number or billing name and we will ship your order to you.

CAUTION!!! If the deposit is not made within 24 hours of your order, then the order is automatically cancelled.

• In the event of a product exchange in size or in exchange with another product, the mandatory action is to contact our department of changes at 2155517077 or 6980767643.
• In any case, the product should be in its original condition and packed with all its accessories (labels, box, etc.).
• First we return the product to our company for review and then send the new product.
• The cost of returning / changing the product has a charge of 10 euros.
• Attention to socks, pantyhose, full pantyhose, pants, bodysuit (bodice type) and pantyhose (pantyhose), as well as in String swimsuits NOT accepted changes - returns.
• Also, according to Law 2251/1994 Article 3lb paragraph (e), for hygiene reasons underwear can NOT be returned or changed. Offerings DO NOT make any changes - returns.

• Refunds that have NOT previously been contacted with us for consultation, will not be received by us as well as returns that are not in their original packaging (ie as shipped by us)..
